Outer case works perfectly as described. The case feels pretty solid and it's pretty easy to open/swap drives as needed, and the case lock is a nice feature (it doesn't block access to the drive, it just locks it). The cable that came with my case didn't work, but communication with the seller was a pleasant experience. They offered to send me a replacement cable (it will take some time) or I could buy a replacement cable through Amazon and they would refund me. I didn't expect there would be an option later and I think they are kind enough to suggest it.
