I love the look and style of this bag but it is very stiff and difficult to pack. I hope it loosens up a bit with prolonged use. Difficult to put things in and take out without scratching them with a zipper. The front pocket is mostly only good for very thin items like receipts if you are lucky as as mentioned before this wallet is extremely stiff. It's not very big and won't fit much. I basically bought it for my wallet and phone, and even that makes it SUPER snug. I use a thin long wallet. I'm sure if I bought a smaller wallet instead it wouldn't be a problem, but then it would create other problems in terms of credit card space and other things. EDIT: after some use it relaxed and was great!…. Until the strap literally snapped because it was sewn to the side of the handbag and wouldn't come off. So now I can't even use it. Which is frustrating as I don't have a wallet right now.
