There are a few things I like about this holder; Size, holes for drain, that one side is deeper than the other, that the middle slopes down for cleaning. But it was for the cleaning that I gave 4 stars. It is difficult to keep clean even with a cleaning brush. Maybe it would be better if the middle part didn't come loose because it's the hardest part for me to keep clean. I use one side to hold my sponge and the other side to hold a stainless steel washcloth for cleaning cast iron cookware. I clean it every time I wash it in the sink, so every day at least, and it's still trying to get that nasty red mold on the floor. In one day! So you see why I clean it every day and also use bleach. I think it's damp. I definitely recommend it anyway, as it's very practical and fits my sink perfectly.
