We love love love this timer. I read product reviews and knew the alarm was going to be very loud as I suggested putting some tape on the speaker and that reduced the volume but it's still loud. Another problem I read was that the timer would not connect to the oven. I had this problem too, when I put it in the oven it slid off because the metal on the oven was barely wide enough for the timer. When I put a timer on my fridge it holds up very well and there are no slipping issues. One feature we like is the 10, 5, and 1 minute shortcut keys. You can press 10 minutes, then 5 minutes and 1 minute and get 16 minutes instead of pressing the 1 minute timer 16 times. Another plus is that the AAA batteries are easy to replace. I don't usually write long reviews, but this is a great purchase.
