Review on Forge Bluepoint by George Utley

The platform is easy to use and has great integrations with other systems like Salesforce. We use it as an analytics tool as well which makes it even better. It would be nice if there was a way to add more custom fields to the dashboard. I wish we could see more data points in the reports in addition to showing the average time spent at each step of a journey. Forge Bluepoint helps us keep track of our visitors by giving us detailed insight into what they are doing when they come to our site. This allows us to make changes to the content or layout of pages depending on their behavior.
