This tote bag looks very high quality, especially for the price. However, it's not as hard as you might expect. I will add a flat hard board under the included bed to keep it from sagging. I have a large ish cat that weighs 20 pounds and fits comfortably with room to move and can even sit. There are 3 holes you can access, two side flaps and a top flap. This makes it easy to reach in your bag to calm anxious pets. The included water bowl is a standard extendable silicone bowl with a plastic rim and snap hook. If you ever had one, it's the same. High enough quality to last and be useful, cheap enough that I'm giving away a box of these as promotional items. Aside from the bottom not being stiff enough, this stretcher is a win in my opinion!
