I'm not completely satisfied with the product.

In general, given the price, it's a decent helper, if not for the ocean of flaws. It does a good job of cleaning the floors (but it is hard work and your hands will weary if you need to clean more than 75 square meters).
Incredibly, I was finally able to clean the grout between my pfc tiles—which had been eaten for a whole year following the repair—in a mere five minutes. A mop also removed the foam residue from the tile floor.
The nozzle I used to clean the grout between the bathroom tiles was so loud that it hurt my ears and prevented me from doing a thorough job.
We haven't tried any of the other suggestions. The carpet keeps unrolling.

Upon the third mopping, steam began to rise; it was later discovered that the tube inside had flown out and had to be removed and reassembled. The same thing happened when my husband tried to mop the floors again; he said the tube was simply too short. While in motion, it flies.
