I hate when the size of a cup or spoon washes away plastic measuring cups and spoons. I've wanted to buy stainless steel for a long time. But when buying, I either forget to buy them, or it is difficult to find good quality ones, or they are expensive. I decided to risk this set and I'm glad I did. The included rings are easy to remove and put on. So you can use the ring to store them. I hate the ones that are constantly connected - so awkward. They are easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. The price I paid for it was little more than a plastic set. But they are of much higher quality including cups and spoons. The dimensions are made of stainless steel. So I always know what size it is
