I usually try to buy a mesh pair. However, almost all of New Balance's products seem to have moved to bold colors, which I don't care. I was skeptical about liking them as I didn't have any mesh as I was afraid my feet would get too hot so I would be hot overall. So far, so good. I haven't felt overheated yet. These are heavier shoes than what I usually buy, but I love the support and stability they offer. There was about a week that I didn't think they would work because my upper left leg became very sensitive. Since then there have been no problems with it.
