Review on Get The Perfect Hourglass Shape With Charmian Women'S 26 Steel Boned Long Torso Body Shaper Corset by Jennifer Moore

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great design but couldn’t hide it under my clothes.

It’s a well made Edwardian style corset and once you’ve "seasoned” it, a great corset for the price and will conform to your body shape and take in 2” altogether. Not a latex sport "waist trainer”—do NOT exercise in it! It’s a CORSET. It provides a lot of support and stability with plenty of steel boning. See the end of this review. To season it is VERY important or you’ll ruin it. Wear a shirt or a cotton camisole underneath it at all times. Don’t wear it for long at first (2 hours) and lace it loosely—more than that and you’ll ruin it. Work your way up to 6-8 hours and lacing it tighter slowly to 2 inches. Only thing that makes it not as good of a waist trainers like Daisy Corsets is that when you sit down, the top edge isn’t sewn into a better curve as well as the bottom edge, so those stick out. I would suggest wearing it over your clothes such as a white button down shirt or even a black mesh shirt with a black blazer for a corporate goth outfit. It will take your waist in two inches and if you’re serious about waist training or tight lacing, then you will need to get the next size down after getting to 2”—they’re made to take in only 2”. Which gets expensive and if you’re trying to take in more than 2”, I would recommend getting a Daisy Corset that’s made to be laced tighter over time to save money. Or get one personally made. All in all, it’s well made for taking in a couple of inches and supporting your lower back.
