I'm not a big fan of protein drinks, but I still drink once a day. I was dying to try fruity transparent flavors and was thrilled to get these. I mixed it with water and ice in a blender bottle. Yes, it has a lot of foam. However; If you leave it for just a few minutes it will dissolve. I also had lumps around the top of my bottle. This was the only area where I noticed any lumps as the rest was well mixed. The taste is pretty good. I'm not usually a big fan of fruit punch. It was sweet with only a slight aftertaste. You also get a tropical flavor. I liked it. I see myself reaching for it every day. I've also seen others mix their BCAAs/EAAs and I'll try that too. All in all it's much better than I expected.
