I've been using this a bit over a week now and I must say I'm very happy with the results. I've cooked eggs sausage and hash browns on the flat side for breakfast with very little oil and anything that stuck would come right off with little to no force. Ive also used the grill side on Korean BBQ which gets very sticky as the sauce reduces but again the parts of the sauce that did burn would fall right off. I cooked some pieces of flap meat with just salt and pepper and I did have more stick onto it than usual but after spraying it down it took some light scrubbing to get it off. The only drawback I have is that it doesn't fit my stove top very well so it shifts around but I had bought it to take camping since it fits perfectly with two of my portable stoves. It does have oil catch pans which I didn't really use becuase I wasn't using much oil to begin with. It does heat up quickly and cool down rather quick so that along with it being light weight makes it an ideal pan to carry for camping trips.
