I have worked at several agencies over my career. At one point or another everything was great but now it's all gone downhill since they left for other companies (except us). They don't get out there anymore. Their team has moved away from them. It seems like you can only count how many hours someone works if your supervisor happens too be around that day - forget about getting paychecks! Be very careful who/what management will listen to when making decisions regarding budgets. The best decision makers were always above managers as far as seniority goes so this should give potential employees an idea where these people stand within this org chart.
