A 7.5 year old boy wearing medium sized children's clothing and weighing about 60 pounds, this shirt fits perfectly! The sleeves are long and loose, and the cuff around the wrist is tapered for a renaissance look. But the cut in the chest area is too big. I may have to figure out how to close it or add laces to tie it more tightly around his neck. It will look great as part of a pirate costume.
