Review on Colorful Flashing Dancing Musical KidsThrill by Michael Wehrman

The packaging was a little awkward to open and one day it turned out that there were no batteries. Basically it took a while and since my nephew was crying I tried to run it right away. It spins, lights up, slides and projects a laser beam around the perimeter and plays music as described. He loved it and wanted to continue it. His brother was a little scared which is to be expected as he was also scared of similar toys traveling in own and remote controlled planes. It's completely flat, but has done so in areas where it used to work well. So my nephew picked it up to get it back up and I'm worried it might get hurt by the rotating parts. 2) Has a slight burning odor which makes it unsafe so won't work for too long. 3) There's only one song playing and it's easy for adults to get annoyed by hearing the same song over and over again. Tried to keep it out of sight so it wouldn't touch it and thankfully couldn't turn on the switch itself. 4) Just looks like cheap quality, made by a Chinese toy factory and has some Chinese writing but then a barcode sticker with a KidsThrill sticker attached to the top of the box barcode. There are similar products, but they may be of better quality.
