Great product - great customer support!

I love it and highly recommend it. I have a very large dog, a bloodhound who weighs about 110 pounds at 8 months old. He loves it and it's perfect for the summer months! I bought a very large one and after putting it together it looks like it could be used as a small tent for the kids! I had a problem with the bottom. Part of the thread has come loose; However, a replacement was sent promptly with an email to support! What more could you ask for than a great product with great customer service! This product is highly recommended!
