Elizavecca's online store experience left me unimpressed

I was eager to check out Elizavecca's online store because I manage skincare products. Unfortunately, I had a really unsatisfactory experience. They don't go into enough information in their product descriptions, to start. I want to know exactly what I'm putting on my skin as a consumer, and Elizavecca's descriptions were just inadequate. The checkout procedure was also a hassle. The website was sluggish, and processing my payment took a very long time. I was on the verge of giving up and choosing a rival. And to top it all off, they had mediocre customer service. When I contacted them with a question regarding a product, they didn't respond for several days. Not exactly what I would expect from a business that markets "efficient products," in my opinion. My overall impression of Elizavecca's internet store was unsatisfactory. If they wish to compete with other skincare shops in the industry, they have a lot of work to do.
