The quality of these pants is very durable, well constructed and comfortable looking. However, they were too small for him. I was very sad but they just weren't big enough in the hips to fit in. So with that information, I suggest that this particular pair of pants made from this fabric runs a size down if you have hips. If the wearer of these pants has narrow legs and hips, the cut fits perfectly. I had a good experience buying these pants despite the sizing issues. I tried to return the item but they wouldn't return it! traded them in if they had an xx size!) I got a full refund and ended up giving the pants to my brother who is slightly smaller and slimmer.
