The first day, 3 hours of wearing and the chan collapses from sitting on a chair. The whole reason I got this was the chain and then I found out the product picture was wrong. it was separately attached to a very very loose clip on either end of the purse, someone could very easily rip it off me and get everything. Or I could lose it because Chan is a week. Now I'm halfway busy making it workable because I can't afford to buy a new one. In use the card slots look cheap and can tear after a few uses, it was difficult to fit everything I need in and I don't carry much. All in all the purse itself is fine, the vat should be stronger and done right, I paid a lot for it.
