Daily use phone, not the best option for those who work from home and frequently attend conference calls

Terrible. I've had this later model for 20 years and it doesn't come close to the quality I expected in terms of speakerphone audio quality or volume. The volume can be regulated well, but the upper limit of the volume range is not very good. I kept wanting to make it louder, but it's not getting louder. So if you're sitting on a counter or desk as you walk across the room, you'll find that you can't hear the conversation very well, or the person on the phone can't hear you very well. The range between the handset and base station isn't that great, so don't go too far or you'll drop the call or start getting static or interference. Another very frustrating thing at the moment is that since the largest speaker is on the back, you have to turn it away from you to hear people on the speakerphone. So you have to turn it back and forth every time you want to talk. If you use the mute button a lot during conference calls when you're talking a lot, you'll end up having to hold it, twist it back and forth to hear the conversation, and then twist it again to unmute and talk , and then mute again and turn away again to listen. It might seem like an inconvenience, but when you spend hours on conference calls every day, it's very annoying. It also doesn't stand up well, making it easy to knock it over when using speakerphone, which creates loud noises in the caller's ear. So suggest muting your phone or just keep holding it. Not ideal for working from home if you're multitasking on calls or if you need your hands free to use a keyboard or other device. Other features are nice, like the big buttons, but the colored numbers look weird. Black would be more visible and look better. "Rose gold" is actually more of a glittery pink color, so keep that in mind if you want phones to blend into your decor. The display has become larger, which is very convenient, and the presence of several phones makes it much easier to find a phone. It took me a while to figure out what I liked and didn't like. Now my return period has expired and I can't get my money back or exchange it for another phone. I wish I had understood all this sooner. It wasn't cheap so unfortunately I stayed with them for a while.
