I would continue to use these headphones, despite some shortcomings. But due to periodic electrical noise, I will try to repair (or return) the headphones under warranty. Pros below: 1. Easy and comfortable to sit on the head, do not put pressure on the ears. 2. The sound quality is excellent. 3. Detachable microphone. 4. Good sound insulation. Has cons: After a little over a year of use, the following disadvantages were revealed: 1. The volume scroll wheel began to loosen and change the volume inaccurately. 2. This model is not included in the general HyperX NGenuity application (I also have a mouse from HyperX). And two different applications from HyperX conflict with each other, so the headphones were left without an application for setting up and monitoring the charge level. 3. Cup attachment is very flimsy. 4. Short charging wire. 5. But the main disadvantage is that after a year of use, electrical noises (squeaks) began to appear regularly during use for 3-10 seconds, and the sound may disappear for 3-7 seconds. Extraneous noise appears both in wireless mode and with a wire connected. And if turning off the sound is just annoying, then electrical noise is terribly jamming.
