like it! I took it on a trip to a Homestead conference. I picked up my toy poodle and was afraid it would be difficult to carry or my shoulders would hurt. It's the other way around! It has wide, padded shoulder straps and can be carried comfortably as a crossbow bag. The phone and glasses can be stored in the strap compartment. It has a zip and velcro closure and a drawstring where the dog sits, as well as a zip strap so it can't fall off if it jumps out. It has a lot of space. I had the big one so she kept her water bowl, little blanket and treats inside. She stuck her head out and was so happy to walk the fairgrounds with us! People will pat it on the head because it looks so much like a purse/bag that until they look down they'll know it's a pet carrier. We were there for a few hours and had no problems with it. This is a great purchase and well done! It can also be washed if necessary.
