So there's a trend in America where you make a fantastic product of the highest quality and then sell the company to a counter or take cost-cutting measures yourself. They keep cutting corners and edges until the product is just like any other product on the market. When a company changes this product, it can be said that it is not done to improve the product, but to save money and make it cheaper. The socks they made 3 years ago are vastly superior to the socks made today. I'm pretty sure the top of the sock right at the ankle tears/tears/wears out first. Previous generation socks did not have this problem. They still appear to be good socks but they are definitely worse than the socks they made 3 years ago.
