This is a good size for carrying a laptop, accessories and a book or two on a daily basis. Haven't used the insulated grocery bag yet, but I'm glad I have one. Some days I have to take food out, some days I don't, but I don't have to switch or take an extra lunch box, which is nice. Strap and handle are well stitched. looks sharp Not too big, not too small. Squeeze lightly to get a large blender/shaker bottle into the side pockets, but it works and regular 20-ounce bottles and thin items fit in just fine. I haven't used the USB port yet, but it's good to have one. Inside, next to the cable, there is a pocket for it, which perfectly holds my USB battery. So if I wanted to use it, it would be very easy to plug it in while keeping the battery in a safe place. Has become my everyday bag.
