What about the funnel? It has two openings of decreasing size through which liquids flow. Does not dissolve on contact with water. You can wash it. And so far it has not collapsed. In this case the size of the hole is important and if you measure the size you need it is the same as the funnels (I did both and it was correct) then you will get what you are looking for. All life should be so easy. To quote Kurt, "If you don't know what a funnel is, let your mom show you one."
