Diono make such great products that really hold up to use. I was expecting more with this mirror. The first one we ordered did not work. We contacted customer service for a replacement and it was replaced immediately. The light on the new one did work, but it's not very Brian. It's not really bright enough to be able to see baby very well in the mirror. Our second one did break as well near the part where you would be able to reposition the mirror. My husband was able to glue it and it still works fine. I do like that the mirror is positionable which a lot of them are not. What does make it a lot easier to get it exactly where I want it so I can see baby well. I do wish it was more adorable unlike other Diono products.
