Review on Thinktool Bi Directional Functional Diagnostic Maintenance by Kyle Ahmed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

as good as Autel MS906BT

I had the MS906BT 3 years ago but this bi-directional tool is as good as the MS906BT. I used the active parking brake test successfully, great functionality, easy to use. Obd2 and reset functions are the same as other scanners, but this one has a great price. If you want bi-directional from Autel you're probably doubling the cost.

Pros
  • THINKTOOL PD8 supports 8 optional modules: printer, work light, endoscope, battery tester, range finder, thermal imaging camera, mud dock, wireless TPMStool (Note: you can buy these models in ThinkStore), support ECU coding freedom during time The coding function used to update the vehicle ECU throughout its lifetime, allowing adaptive data for specific components to be reprogrammed after repair or replacement.
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
