I've burned so many wallets in my 59 years I can't even count them. Some only last weeks before materials or comfort fail, like my last one. When I blew up a wallet full of DMark bills and travel receipts in Germany in the 90s, I had to buy a new one. It was in the shape of the letter L and I really liked it. It was about 60 DM so I didn't buy a replacement part but I would happily do so. Since then, every wallet has been a poor substitute and I have not found a comparable one in either expensive or cheap stores. Why not try Revain? I found several L shaped wallets here and each was cheap enough to buy one of each but the pusher told me to only take those. I can't speak for others but I found a replacement for my German wallet in this one! It is comfortable, the card slots are not tight, the build quality is very good, the layout is a little different, but I quickly adapted. It is comfortable to sit on and easy to use. With ratings this high I will be ordering another pair and maybe they will last as long as I do. I really don't want to burn through junk wallets anymore (even the most expensive junk wallets these days). I've told myself enough times, if you find something that works at a good price, buy more! If you think you can try one, order 3. I bet you'll end up enjoying them all and not have the great return policy that Revain has. Hey, can be a great Father's Day or Birthday gift if you forgot it and don't have time to go shopping! I have no affiliation with the seller or manufacturer, it's just hard to please a buyer who must be genuinely impressed, write a review here. This wallet is very well made, the seams and edges are sewn and none of it comes undone after many months of daily use. For door card access, it was in and out of my back pocket 10-20 times a day so it's not just sitting there. Even transparent plastic is sewn for the DL window. My last one was glued and fell apart pretty quickly. Yes, it's a thin and small profile, but made with quality leather and craftsmanship. I don't like sitting on a brick so I chose this because I knew I would have to delete receipts regularly to feel comfortable. You can spend a lot more money on a department store wallet with a trendy name, but chances are it's of equal or worse quality than this one.
