I tried it for the first time last night. My shoulders and neck ached and ached so I massaged those problem areas. I'm usually a bit skeptical of any mention of "natural pain relief". Well, not with this product! I have experienced a significant reduction in pain in these areas. I'm still surprised as I really wasn't expecting a huge difference. Glad I was wrong! Hold her please! A reminder to anyone who has pets: never let your pet lick lotion etc off your skin. While the natural ingredients are harmless to humans when applied topically, they should not be ingested by animals that lick lotion, which they seem to enjoy doing.
