These shoes are well made and durable. However, I think I should have sized up a half size. After wearing these for about an hour, my big toes were asleep.The rounded toe is a little too round and bulky. My toes feel jammed into the front area of the shoe. Also, these shoes squeak on hard surfaces as I walk.They may be better after a few weeks of breaking them in, but for now, they are just not comfortable enough to use for hiking or work.I gave four stars because they are very well-made shoes. It seems that they will last a very long time. The materials are of seemingly excellent quality and if I had sized up, these would probably be fantastic shoes.
