I use it solely because of the need to monitor the pulse (not for sports reasons). With this task, the bracelet copes perfectly. I tried daily monitoring of the pulse - yes, the battery is eating, but not critical; the data is quite accurate, it is very convenient to analyze the situation later. Sleep analysis is a funny thing, but I think it's more fun :) In general, a good fitness bracelet, waterproof, stable in operation, with easy data synchronization and a pleasant appearance.
- It quickly synchronizes with the native application, through which it is conveniently configured. To measure the pulse, you need to hold tap - this is very convenient, as it prevents accidental heart rate measurements in the shower (I had this with Band 2). It's cool that it shows the weather - a trifle, but nice :)
- Not as flat as we would like, which is why part of the bracelet with the watch actually sticks out above the hand, and at first it was even very frustrating.
