I won't lie but I've always been skeptical of ASOT products but since I've been cooking more I've wanted something that will help me cut down on chopping and chopping time so I've got it in an old good one tried college. I like it! It's a bit difficult to clean at first, but after doing it a few times it gets easier. Also, the time I save outweighs the time I spend cleaning up. especially if you use protection. It changed my life. I take great pleasure in using it. When I hit the flip flops I usually yell "chop chop" and that really improves the results :p
