I like everything about this payroll software because it has been very easy for me to use after learning some key features along with support from my consultant! It also helps me keep track of employee hours worked per pay period so that I can make sure they are paid correctly as scheduled. Sometimes when employees work outside their regular shift time or schedule (such as working overtime) I cannot seem to access any information regarding how much overtime was earned during their pay periods. This makes managing payroll more difficult than necessary. If you want an easy-to-use program to help manage your workforce's monthly salaries/budgets then this software is perfect for you! We have found that our organization benefits greatly by using this system. The software itself is quite user friendly, but we still had issues at first adjusting to its various menus and functions. But once you figure out where things function best within each particular menu area, it becomes easier The support team has been very responsive to our needs, as well as the product itself. I like that FactoHR allows you to set up your own rules for deductions. It also gives you access to the payroll system at any time. I dislike that they have not updated their mobile app for iOS. I wish it had more features than just paychecks. We are able to check employee hours, make pay changes, view W2s, and transfer funds to other employees' accounts.
