ChargerCity got this item for me quickly and it was packaged well for shipping. Like any suction cup mount, it can come loose, which happened on my trip, but only once. It should be noted that I installed it at 700 feet and that was in the 80's. Two days later I was at 11,000 feet and 30 feet, so the climate changed dramatically. I reattached it and it stayed attached and now I'm back in a hot climate. The device works well with the Garmin Dash Cam 35 DVR. Removing and installing the DVR is fairly easy. You'll need to work with the adjustment to keep the sucker in your video to a minimum, but in most cases it's possible.
