As with any product, there are no miracle workers. Like all products, this product takes time and you must use it carefully. I've noticed a recovery in my hair. I would recommend this product to anyone coloring their hair, being in the sun, or swimming in a pool in the summer. I also recommend this product to anyone living in the North or Midwest for cold gusty winds that can damage your hair. I leave this product on my hair for about 10 minutes or more (the directions say five minutes). This product takes time but will help your hair.
