There is a tool included. However, be careful - in no case do you declint with water from under the filter, especially reverse osmosis. Decalcification must be carried out with ordinary tap water, otherwise the cappuccinatore will stop working. I do not know what it is connected with. If you have already "messed up" like that (like me)))), then try to repeat the decalcification procedure without a remedy, but with ordinary running water. Helped me.
