I'm 7 1/2. I ordered 8 and it fits perfectly. I'm a tango dancer and had trouble with my tennis shoes sticking to the hardwood floor. I can turn in these shoes without twisting my knee. I like the arch support that gives me enough support so I don't have to use insoles. I bought red shoes because I wanted some sparkle.
