Review on CAVEPOP by Corey Kim

As a patron of the CAVEPOP online store, I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their customer support. Since I placed my order for paper and office supplies a week ago, I still haven't received the package that contains my purchase. The tracking information that is supplied by CAVEPOP is unclear and does not provide any assistance. I called their customer support, and the representatives I spoke with were both unprofessional and unresponsive. In addition, the products I ordered were of a low quality when they arrived. Because the paper was so flimsy and thin, the ink from the pens seeped through the pages of the notebook. The workplace supplies did not appear to be of high quality and did not match the description on the website. To make matters even worse, the website did not make the exorbitant amount that I was charged for shipping explicitly mentioned anywhere on the site. The CAVEPOP experience, in its entirety, was one that was exasperating and disheartening. This online store is not one that I would suggest to anyone seeking for a dependable supplier of office supplies and paper.
