Review on Clover Bias Tape Cutting Ruler by Kim Sanchez

I read online that this diagonal tape cutter ruler was exactly the same as the popular American brand, but it was significantly cheaper from Japan. I ordered it and found that the markings are in centimeters (no problem with that) and the instructions are in Japanese, although there are a few instructions with pictures. It's really easy though - just place the ruler where you want to cut the fabric and insert the circle cutter through the slot. Everything will be fine and I've saved a little. Delivery took about 7-8 business days. If the metrics don't scare you, this is the deal!
