Now I can walk around the house and not worry that my loved one, weakened by a stroke, can turn on the stove and start a fire. When I need to use the plate I just have to loosen one of the screws with an Allen key. Otherwise I would have to turn off the gas and couldn't cook. Great invention. Caregivers should use in patients with dementia.
