I saw this rack in one of my BBQ cookbooks and it looked interesting. I was planning to make teriyaki drumsticks so I decided to give it a try. It turned out great! I smoked the legs on a wood pellet grill and they came out perfect. No turning, no ignition and perfectly evenly cooked on all sides!One of my legs was a bit narrow on top and fell off, but still came out good. Next time I'll secure the smaller legs with a toothpick. It feels a bit flimsy and light and I've only used one so I'm not sure how it will hold up but I plan on using it many times. since the legs and wings are so sparse. You don't have to bother with the drumsticks and flip them, they don't stick to the grate and they turn out so juicy!
