I really liked this hair dryer. I bought it mainly for the diffuser because I have wavy hair. But I also have bangs that I like to straighten, so being able to switch attachments with ease is a huge plus. I also like 3 different speeds and 3 different heating levels which allows for a lot of control. I have the feeling that my hair dries very quickly even without much heat. Aside from the product itself, there was an accident that caused my hair dryer to stop working after a few months. I was disappointed and contacted the seller to see if there were any troubleshooting steps I could try. I got a reply the same day and they offered to send me a replacement no questions asked (they didn't even ask me to return the old item). Received a replacement within 2 days - and even got a free iron as an apology for the defective product! I am very happy with the customer service and will definitely buy from this seller again.
