Seems to work well enough until new

Computer seems to work well enough like new. It was nice that it came with HDMI cables and didn't work properly with the HDMI cables I already have. I suspect that the output power is very low, but I'm not sure. I've seen similar signs of low voltage on USB ports. For example, the Bluetooth key for my wireless keyboard needs to be plugged into the front port. When I insert the dongle from the back, the keyboard often loses connection with the USB dongle.
