It completely met my needs. I needed something to put under the huge tray I have so if something gets caught between the tray's slots it won't end up on my rug. It's big enough to hide and there's still plenty of room in the front for litter that my cat will inevitably chase. I haven't had to clean it yet, but it seems pretty easy. I'll update the review if I find it doesn't clean as easily as intended. Another plus is that it's heavy enough that my cat can't move it when she scratches it (like she does with the one I have in the bathroom).
