I ordered this accessory because I plan to go on a lemon diet and it claims its juicer is high capacity, which is true. The rest of the fruit is very dry. It gave me about 20% more juice compared to my manual juicer. I was surprised that there were no instructions included. After a few times I found it very easy to remove, clean and install. In fact, it requires no instructions. The connecting pieces come in a variety of sizes and you can't go wrong putting them together. I have made lemon juice, apple juice, tomato juice, carrot juice and am very happy with this purchase.
