I got bored and decided I wanted a third hole in my right earlobe so I ordered this kit. It was very easy. The needle is clearly visible and makes it easy to aim at the desired spot. It took me a little more effort to compress than I expected so I was a bit clumsy, but it still came out well. I took the picture right after, so it's still a little red. Just a brief pinch when the needle sticks and a little soreness afterwards. Make sure to clean it with alcohol wipe before and after and you're done. Easy easy. I recommend for a quick puncture with your own hands.
