Seems to work.

I have white stripes, not transparent ones. I've used other transparent strips but they don't work in my opinion. This appears to have helped reduce bird strikes. The stripes are black on the back, but that's not a problem. A sample square of this product is included in the packaging to give you an idea of what it would look like if you covered your entire window. Using white as a solid window covering in the north where I live would be too dark, but in areas that get a lot of sun all year round it could be a good option.
