It was easy for us as clients because they do exactly what I want them too! They listen very carefully before giving advice/opinion - but then act quickly when actioned upon (which makes sense). There are some great tools out there now which make managing social media really simple- however if like me sometimes feel overwhelmed trying something new so why would anyone else? Have an idea about how much data management will cost per month /per year etc & get someone qualified (>10 years experience)to manage those costs firstly.- Social Media Management has increased my knowledge base significantly over last 12 months and also provided real solutions where previously nothing had existed due to lack skillset within organisation itself!
