I purchased this 2 weeks ago and during setup it asked if I would like to activate the plus feature for $9.99 and it would be one Trial version for 1 month. I said yes. But on the first day I was charged 9.99. Basically, there is no trial month in this case. When I checked my user profile yesterday he mentioned that I have an annual commitment which I never saw in the setup phase. "You are currently enjoying the benefits of a Plus membership. This time, you cannot cancel your Plus membership or Router Limits account until your annual commitment period has ended. However, I was not aware of any binding period from the Amazon reviews. Contacted their support team and let me see what they say. This is just to warn others that if you choose the Plus subscription option even for the trial, you need to read all the terms and conditions mentioned there and not commit to any obligations. In this day and age, demanding long-term commitment from people seems to be an old business model that turns people off. I hope the RouterLimits folks are reading this and listening. Another thing, they are unavailable by phone and despite an automated message saying they would call me back and that I wouldn't lose my place in line, I didn't get a call back from them. general. But when I asked a question from their website, I received an answer within 2 hours. Still, I really enjoy the features and device management, and accessing it is very easy. But I'm only concerned with the points listed above.
