We ordered 3 pairs of the Powerlocus (red, black, and white) back in April of 2020.We had one break in the first month. PowerLucas replaced that one and two months later we are down to one good pair.They were primarily used for PS4 connection and listening to music. They are foldable and at the joints, if you fold too quickly, they snap.They worked great when we are able to use them, but unfortunately, we are down to 1 that we rarely use now.UPDATE: We just received a new headset. So far it's working great. The customer service at PowerLocus is amazing. They reached out and asked how they can make this right and offered to send me a new pair of headsets. That alone is worth 3 stars. They have followed up each week to ask how the product is working and to check in and see if I needed anything else.
